Your AI remembers — use that

Most modern AI chats can use your earlier conversations. That history is a goldmine: it already knows your job, your kids' ages, your side hustle — whatever you've mentioned.

Two cautions: history is per-app (ChatGPT doesn't know what you told Claude), and you're in charge — every major AI lets you turn memory off or delete it in settings.
