Never. Payments run entirely through Stripe — the card page you see is Stripe's, not ours. Card numbers never touch our site or our database.

What's your refund policy?
Seven days, no questions. If a pack isn't right for you, email us within a week of buying and we'll refund it.
Why do you ask for my date of birth?
To keep the site 13+, which the law and our conscience both require. We check the date, keep only a yes/no "13 or older" flag, and never store the date itself.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Sign in, open "Manage my subscription" — that takes you to Stripe's portal where you can cancel in two taps. No emails required, no guilt trips.
